The lambo in the pic above is just a Gallardo, aka "baby lambo" because its small and cheap. Thats why they dont have the traditional scissor doors.
I love lambo doors on other cars also, AS LONG AS THEY ARE A 2 DOOR! Lambo doors on a 4 door is the most ugly and stupid thing you could do to your car.
2 door, different story, very sexy.

Because when you opened the back doors they would block the front. Trust me, 4 dr, looks dumb as hell. They look pretty cool on 2 dr, but honestly you wouldnt want them. A ton of people on the scion forums I used to be on did them (when I had a tC) and they all said its a ton of work to keep them maintained, and its just not worth it.

Now...maybe if you delorian style gulwinged all 4 of them. That could possibly work.

This would be the definition of "Rice". I think the Lambo door was necessary because the Diablo was so damn wide. I am all for modding the Prius, but IMO the Lambo door mod is played out. But of course, we have never seen it done, so you should do it. Take lots of pics and let us decide then.

Ya know, if you got the money and just want to play with the car I say why not? It is not like the Prius is a collectable, rare car.

I truely think the gullwings would be kickin. But while you're at it why not chop the top, take it down about 3" or 4"?

LOL If I had the money you'd already have pictures and yes I think it'd look dumb.

I was walking across the parking lot to work and a guy got out of a Suora, I think, with lambo doors and I about fell over. Looked flimsy and sounded cheap when he closed the door.

I have actually thought about checking into suicide doors - I think it would be a much better look!

Would that be Jaguar JX6 hood and Ford Fairlane Convertible trunk? I think it was the Ford that had the huge convertible that folded into the trunk, maybe I’m totally off base, could have been a Dodge for all I care.

I want doors hinged at the bottom, that come down and turn into ramps.

Don't do it, all it does is add considerable weight and complexity without any benefit other than (subjective) looks. IMHO anything that adds weight without adding performance is a downgrade especially in a car that depends on light weight for performance like the Prius.. As already mentioned the only reason Lambo did it was because the body was wider than normal.

There's a ton of other mods that actually benefit performance
