When coming to a stop if the motor stays running it seems to have a slight miss.

It is a 2007 if that helps.

Only when cold (car hasn't been on for very long), or all of the time? I notice that my 2007 has a rough idle when cold and running at a stop but runs normally otherwise.

    Odometer reading?
A slight amount of water in a spark plug well?

In my case, I haven't tried to remove the plugs yet but I don't think it is the water issue because all of the weatherstrip under the hood is intact and I have never washed down the engine. I'm at 45k and have noticed this from the last oil change at 40k. It is very infrequent because I'm ususally driving when the engine is cold, but sometimes get caught at a light about 2 blocks away from home. That is when I notice it - it feels like a lean idle miss.

You can pull the plugs and see if they are clean, black, or white. Maybe a pinhole in a plug wire could contribute to the problem or a slightly loose wire or plug? You should actually take the time to look and see if anything looks suspicious.

Highly suggest if it keeps happening most likely cracked Porceilin.(hiar line fracture) on one of the spark plugs.. Cheap to replace them all takes less then 5 minutes when you have the tools ready to go to do it. Without removing the cowel that sits about it near the wipper blades
