Remote Start for 2009 Prius

    Has anyone successfully installed and used remote start for the 2009 Prius? do you have to have an extra key for the installation? I had it in my last non-hybrid car and am missing that feature here in freezing NY in my new Prius.

    Not really answering your questions, but the dealer told me remote start cannot be added to my 2009 Prius when I bought it last spring.
