I had another rugged floor liner in my Prius before, and it smelled really bad (new rubber smell) for nearly a year. Do the Weathertech floorliners smell bad too? Thanks
No the weathertech's don't smell. But they also don't fit the pegs that the 2010's have on the drivers side. Don't expect to hear from MacNeil who makes them......My phone calls & e-mails have fallen on deft ears with them. I would look for another mat......I will add that I purchased them from PriusChat.........but there's nothing Danny can do about them not fitting the pegs.
Just came upon this thread. Weathertech mats were recommended to me by somebody for the 2010 Prius--do they indeed fit ok? Is that peg issue meaningful?
It's only meaningful if you don't mind that they only hook onto one of the floor pegs. My son still likes his front mats.
I have them, and had no issue fitting over my pegs. They look like they wont fit, but if you install them right, its perfect! Also just had 3 major snow storms in the past 3 weeks, and I am thrilled with how they contain the slush, melt, and salt!
