Got Fog Light Kit (Broken)

I have been waiting all week to get my Fog Light kit and it finally arrived today. I get home put the car on the ramps raise the hood, head over and open the box to remove the fog light kit and as I am taking the plastic light brackets out I notice a piece in the bag. I pull it out and guess what. It was one of the supports busted off. So now I'm like crap. So I go to the Prius accessories page and no phone number. Have to send an email. Now another week or so waiting for my part.

 

Your the one that needs to chill out and "Grow Up". No where did I say I was cheated or placed ANY blame on Danny's site. I was just stating my frustration with the situation. Danny got right back to me and is taking care of it, it is not his fault. I said nothing derogatory about Prius Acc., I mearly wished there was a phone number so I could get it taken care of faster. I will not hesitate to order from that site again. Now, maybe you should think twice before sending out advice when you don't understand what was said.
