Clean those wiper blades

    Few folks realize how dirt and grunge reduces the performance of your wiper blades. Pinch a small rag or sponge dampened with alcohol on each blade and slide it up and down a few times. Look at what came off. Every month is not to often to clean them.

    Agreed. Once a month, while filing up the car, I clean the wiper blades with a wet paper towel.

    I sometimes clean them with the sponge on the window cleaner, makes a hell of a difference.
