Does it matter? If it's tinted, you're not gonna see them anyway Probably cause she's insecure. I've noticed shorter insecure women love to ride/drive SUVs (the shorter the person, the bigger the car). Most cause it's the only way they get to see above everyone else . Parking them is another thing....
We met in Detroit, right? You remember me... I'm that woman you had to LOOK DOWN at to see... Maybe it's because I'm not terribly insecure that I love my Prius
Blizzard or black for the Gen III look best. For Gen II the best colors were black and magnetic gray. White if you were going to modify it.
Well, im only 27 but i got the Blizzard..........in Canada its not that easy to get a version with the 17 inchs wheel wich is call Touring. I wish Winter Grey was less purple because i always wanted a dark grey car! Black or Blue or even Silver were my other choice but i dont know, black is too much work keeping it clean and Blue only was available at this time with dark grey inside, wich couple months before they had in stock a blue on 17 with misty grey wich would have been perfect for me! Anyway white is hot especially at night under street light!
lol we must be hogging the Blue/Misty combo. There were a few in western Canada when I was looking for it (in various packages) last year.
I have a Blizzard Pearl Prius...granted i am a woman but my husband and myself both insisted on the color. I also have a 2009 metallic grey Prius. I have heard some of my friends make fun of someone with a white car, and they have no reasoning as to why "white" is chickish. White looks sleek and way better than any other color. I think it's funny that my husband thinks a Prius itself is more "chickish" rather than the color. HAHA but we love our Prius' and if ur friends think your car looks girly ask them how many MPG they get?!! It seems like a pretty "high school" thing to be concerned about white being a "girly" color. It kinda makes me laugh, so no worries....JUST BUY IT
My Last 6 vehicles have been white: Ford F-150 - White Ford Explorer - Pearl White GMC Sierra - White Honda Fit - White Honda CR-V - White Toyota Prius - Blizzard Pearl I like white because it's the coolest color (temperature wise) available! Interior temp of a white vehicle can be 20-30 degrees cooler than a dark color car in the summer heat!
I like the color and that's why I bought one! It doesn't show the dirt as quickly as the dark colors. Oh yes and I am a 70 year old grandfather! Having my Prius for only 2 weeks and having 2700 miles on it, my mileage is averaging 52.1 MPG. Love it!
I haven't taken the time to read the whole thread, but so far, it seems like everyone has confused the word "chic" with "chick." Two totally separate meanings. Look it up.
A dealership made a swap for Prius 5 that came it Blizzard Pearl I said no way. I was only interested in Blue or silver, the manager said just take a look at it. That afternoon it looks different in person than it photos. This color looks like an old Lexus GS 300 back in the early 2000's where it has a sparkle or tint of red in it when the sun hits the paint. The problem is there are too many whites/silvers out there. I had a choice of grey color but in VA/MD/DC area the some Prius are taxis, I'd be concerned at a traffic light where someone would open the rear passenger door to get in the back seat.
