Leather Z door armrests Installed

this looks great, looks like Andy does great work. as soon as i can figure out how thick to make the center armrest, i will order the same. as for the question about the the guy 6'2" versus 6'4" and fitting properly, i am guessing is all in the legs versus the upper body. I am 6'6" and am all legs (38 inch inseem, upper body fairly normal length) and fit pretty good in this car. but most definitely need to figure out how i sit and how i lean to determine the thickness. good stuff Andy.

 

Plan on 1-2 days once I get it for me to recover it.

 

The trick I have learned over the years is to use a towel that is folded up. Use it in a fairly thin configuration, drive around for a few days and then make it a bit thicker. This will help you get to the position that is right for you.

Small end forward, it just felt better at my elbows and wrist.

I once asked Andy the price to modify the pointed end to be more rounded but I elected to go with the original design with more padding.

I am happy with the choice.
