So cal. Prius meets?

I was thinking about getting rounding a group-up but just haven't had time to work out the details.. It would be nice if we could schedule something.

I'm real sorry to hear about your experience at Longo.

I've had nothing but great experiences there myself and I've been going to our Toyota car meets there for over a year now.

There's always good and bad points anywhere you go.

If you have another suggestion I would love to welcome it as well !!!

Haha. I had the opposite experience with Longo. My wife bought her Gen II there and had nothing but praise for their sales staff. I also had to admit that they were pretty good and not quite pushy like other sales people.
So... on the same day, I went over to Longo Lexus, already had my mind set on buying an IS (this was before I got my Prius). I basically just needed a location to purchase from.... and man, did I get the most rude, jerk-nice person of a salesman. Worse yet, this guy was recommended from the good salesperson on their Toyota side. Needless to say, I walked the hell out of there and haven't been back since.

 

I went to Longo to look for my Prius. I walked the parking lot and the showroom floor for a good 20 minutes and no salesmen came to help me. I was about to walk out then out of nowhere a lady came out of a Venza. She took me in their little go cart to a parking structure behind the showroom. They must have about 200 Priuses. I asked for the popular V, a BP, dark gray int with ATP. To my surprise, they don't have one. The only white V they have only had the nav pack. She was very helpful though. Too bad they didn't have what I want or else I would have bought one from her.
Anyways the AltCar Expo is in Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on Friday and Saturday Oct. 1st and 2nd. I went to the first annual one back in 06 and it was very interesting.

Hi Uglybetty! Hawaiianbuilt and I hold meets on a regular basis, and the next one will be planned in the next few months, please follow Priuschat or my Facebook page for coming events. Not Sure how far some of you guys are, but in South Orange County every Saturday Morning from about 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM there is a Cars and Coffee meet that is held in a shopping center in Aliso Viejo. I have been attending with different cars for the last several weeks. It would be awesome if we could get our group together and all show up and park together! Anyone up for it?

 

Let's set a date where people can clear their calendar

 

I am available any Saturday Morning! Maybe we could incorporate it into a mod day as well, and all meet up afterwards at Masta C's home, The drive is about 30 minutes.
