    Just bought a 2010 Black IV with solar! That joins the silver 2007 in the family.

    Congrats on your new car purchase! Since I have never driven a Gen 2 I would really enjoy reading your perspective on how the two compare.

    Hi and congrats on your new acquisition! My own family is also a 2 Prius Family now, too. Two weeks ago we leased a 2010 Winter Grey Gen III Prius, and handed down our 2008 Silver Prius to our daughter! The 2008 only has about 24,000 miles on it even though we've had it for 2 1/2 years, and our new 'baby' has yet to reach 500 miles after 2 weeks. We are very happy to help reduce our own dependency on foreign oil!!

    Wow, Sneezy, we have similar tastes - we had a 2007 Silver Prius, and I was driving my 2002 Trans Am convertible. Now we added a Black 2010 to the mix.

    It's hard to beat the comfort and fun of the Trans Am, it's just tough as a daily driver on my back but I still do it most of the summer.
