PriusChat is coming out with some pretty cool license plate frames very soon. You may want to wait and see what those look like first
Heh, I can just imagine what the Edmunds trolls would have to say! Hmm, New Mexico. How about something tied into state mythology and futuristic transportation? ********************ROSWELL********************
Funny, it never occurred to me that BNG4DBK would be perceived as lurid. How sad. I've ordered the plate but if MVD sees it that way they'll probably provide me with my second choice, ESVERDE. As far as the frame is concerned, just like the plate, I'm not looking for something developed by committee. This frame was developed to match this plate. If ESVERDE is my plate, I'll design the frame wording to match the environmental message on that plate. With BNG4DBK, 50 MPG, HI TECH, and CLEAN AIR are all a part of the fact that Prius represents a high degree of bang for the buck, a long time marketing term that means getting so much for so little, and to me, that's what the Prius is all about.
Thanks Danny (I think). I'm not sure who makes your rules nor do I understand the criteria for them, but it would seem that if one would like to display a picture in a posting, there should be a guideline that says, for instance, a picture of up to 360 pixels may be posted for up to 24 hours, but must be reverted back to our standard of 96 pixel format following that timeframe (or something to that effect). The detail in a standard photograph is totally lost at 96 pixels (as it is in this example). Ken
You can display a picture in your post, that's fine. The only problem there was with your post was that you changed your avatar (the pic under your name) to be the full size picture. We need to keep those at around 96 pixels so that the forums are easier to read for everyone due to sizing. The next time you want to include an image within your post, please use the IMG tags above the Message Body input box. So, if you put this: Code: [img]http://www.priuschat.com/forums/album_pic.php?pic_id=379[/img] You'll get this in your post: Please let me know if you have any other questions. Edit - hmm...I can't get the img tags to work with the Photo Album pics right now - not sure what's up with that, but I'll take a look.
