Can anyone help me? I ordered a bt plate last July 20th from the prius shop. I have tried emailing update requests several times to bt tech and the prius shop with no results. My credit card was charged $175 the day after I placed my order so I know someone has the money, and I'm left still waiting. Who can I talk to about this or should I call my credit card company and place a complaint? I still want the plate but want my money back if I can't get it. At least a response would be nice. I see where this seems to be a common complaint in the past. What can I do?
If it were me, I would contact my credit card company and request a refund as no product was supplied to you.
Hi Fred, 1. In the upper right hand corner of this page, click on the link "Private Messages". This will take you to your Private Messages page. 2. In the left side column of your Private Messages page, click on the link "Send New Message". This will take you to a Send New Private Message page: -- type in "Danny" as the recipient -- type in appropriate title -- type your message -- also, in the Additional Option box below your message, I would check the box for "Request a read receipt for this message" -- then when you're ready, click the "Submit Message" button I'm sure Danny will respond to your message very quickly. * * * * * * * BTW, the other way to send a Private Message to a PriusChatter is to click on his/her name on the left of any post of his/hers. This will open up a waterfall where you can choose to send the poster a Private Message (among other things).
