inverter question

    i have a prius as a cab in new york its a 08 my question is can i put and differenet part number inverter in as long as it second generation thx for help

    I found three part numbers for the inverter. The original was G9200-47100, which was replaced by
    G9200-47120, and then by G9200-47121. If Toyota dropped the first two part numbers, the newest one must be backward-compatible. Is your part one of these? This page shows production dates for each of the older parts.

    on mine its 47121 as far as warr i have to look into it cause its was a a cab its has 80k on it

    Doesnt matter what you use it for, it is 10yr/100k miles in the states at a minimum. You are in warranty.

    I would stay away from the "original" inverter. There was a SSC for water leak issue.

    what the prob was the pump shorted out i changed everthing good now thx for help
