Problem Replacing Map Light with LED

    This was a newbie move, I admit.

    I got the lens cover off without problems.

    I twisted instead of pulled the bulb holder which unlocked it from the mount. Before i knew it, the bulb disappear into the top console, gone.

    Does anyone know how I can fix this? How does the light/glass console come down?

    be careful with the clips closest to you. They are in a piece of metal that is attached with double sided foam that pulled apart when I did mine. Can't get it to stick again, so mine sags down a bit.

    I had removed mine to install a homelink mirror.

    Long Ron Silver, go to Sylvania's website. They list exactly what bulbs are used where. But I'm guessing it's a 194 wedge bulb for the maps.
