Just got myself a 2007 with 80k miles for $8,000. So far I am really impressed with this car. There a few little options I would of like to of had but at the price the deal seemed too good. Below is a picture of her. It will be an adjustment to get used to. I am hoping to find out what I need for the nice HID headlights and to get my IPOD to work on here. Hope to learn a lot.

    Cheers.

The first thing you need to do is get the transmission fluid changed. I think the manual says 100K, but it really needs to be done before 60K. So many people don't bother with the transmission fluid, but it is extremely important.

You could do this yourself if you wanted to, the Prius is pretty easy to do basic maintenance with.

Hopefully you'll have good luck with your new Prius.

Thank you all for the welcome. I do plan on doing the basic maintenance myself. One question I have, on my other cars I have used seafoam on them to help clean out the engine. Good idea or bad on these?

    Thanks!
