I would not recommend those projectors - they are terrible at lighting the road. Low intensity and narrow spread are bad qualities in headlights. You could, however, do a retrofit. :0) Could I recommend the TL + ZKW lens swap? More details at HIDplanet.com
Why not just retro the current lights & throw in a halo? I'm in the middle of a FX-R retro into my JDM Prius lights, but too me.....the halos just dont work
