I’m a hopeful future Prius owner trying to figure out some pricing questions. I’ve been shopping around for the past week in the Los Angeles area and received the following lease quotes: Prius III w/ navigation $299/month + tax $700 drive off, Money Factor – 0.00075 Prius IV w/ navigation $341/month + tax $700 drive off, Money Factor – 0.00075 I’m looking for a black or blue Prius w/ gray interior. I’ve been communicating primarily with Santa Monica Toyota, but it seems like most of the other dealers can match this price. Ideally I’d like to get a Package III w/ navigation for $310/month or a Package IV w/ navigation for $360/month [inclusive of tax] but I’m not sure if that is unrealistic. I'd also appreciate suggestions for dealerships/sales people. Thanks!
Here's a subforum about dealers/pricing. Lots of people end up at Manhattan Beach Toyota (Dianne or Jane). Check out her leases on the link above. Edit: here are some numbers from Dianne, I believe they beat your posted numbers. And no, I didn't buy mine there but she seems to have an overall good reputation here.
feel free to call me on cel or just email! I am reached at the #'s below. I don't post all of the models all the time, mostly just what I feel I have an immediate abundance of, or sometimes I just work a lease out on a particular car and it looks SO good, I think I could do a few of them @ that sort of terms. I didn't post III with NAV as a special because I don't have any on ground I can "special" right now. Not like the IVs!!! Those I have coming out my ears! Anyway, hope you'll call me when you are rrrrready!!! Di
I'm in the l.a area....I might of been lucky but i found my best price by just calling all the local dealerships asking if they had my model in stock and then inquiring what the best price was which ended up being very competitive. You may also want to try to the fleet manager. Zag.com is good, and so is truecar.com too.
F - I believe we have spoken already, but as you know, with the new reduced lease rates at .00016, all lease deals quoted from before June 23 are too high, and payments will drop on average of $20-30 a month due to the new rate. Di
