The solar package almost mandates the Blizzard Pearl. My garage has a flat roof with dark tar type roofing. The garage would get incredibly hot in the summer. I just painted the roof with Roof White from Home Depot. Now the garage is cool.
thanks everyone for your input. i like the blizzard a lot. i like the pearl effect to it. it's just that, living in california, i feel like i see a dozen per day. that's what i liked about sandy beach.. i didn't only think it looked great.. but it was light enough to stay cool in the heat and the fact that i've only seen about 2 on the road in the past year. i'll learn to get over not being a unique snowflake, though.
