Hi folks, I remember seeing a suction pump to sample to the oil from the dipstick tube a few months ago here on priuschat and on amazon. Today I want to purchase it, but just can't locate it again! I tried a lot of searches on amazon, google and here to no avail. Can someone please post some product links? Thanks, Mihir
I got mine from Toromont Caterpillar A small plastic tube goes into the top of the head, the tube is inserted into the dipstick. A few pumps and a vacuum draws the oil out It was $20 at Toromont Cat and works very slick Amsoil sells a similar pump AMSOIL Maintenance Tools Blackstone also sells one Vacuum Pump They have gone up in price since 2004
