The bed manufacturer. They shouldn't have made it so comfy.

I smell something fishy in that story. the plane are cleaned after all the passengers are off the plane immediately not aminute later.

According to the CNN story, the plane was locked, then the cleaning crew arrived almost 4 hours later.

Heard someone claim a dime on every dollar is to cover from legal expenses/protection mostly from lawsuits like this one. Add to that all the simple things businesses used to do but won't because they are paranoid of lawsuits.

It's not paranoia if they really are out to get you. There's an entire industry of lawyers who do nothing but search out stuff they can sue over. Thus, business is not being paranoid when they are terrified of frivolous lawsuits.

To the tune of the All In the Family theme song: "... Mister, we could use a man like Falstaff again..."

That's true most of the time - the airline is concerned about turning the plane around quickly, getting new passengers on and the plane back in the air for the return trip. However, most cities these days enforce time limits on when flights can take off and land (and impose fines if those limits are exceeded). For that reason, most airports tend to shut down at night. A plane might land at midnight, but it won't take off again until 6AM. In that case, the cleaning schedule might be pushed off until the morning.

She should have enjoyed all the refreshments she wanted and packed her purse or luggage with all the free stuff she could get, and be happy with that.

That would be another lawsuit for assault and battery, thank you.

Maybe that's why they didn't wake her up: They were afraid of being sued for assault.
