Like many others, iPhone 3GS and it works perfectly. Hopefully the next iPhone OS will update the BT AVCRP profile to make that BT streaming that much better.

The prius with Nav will blutooth to six seperate devices. I set my iPhone 3gs phone to one and the iPod player to the other. It also works with some appa like pandora and radioliscious.

Set up blue tooth to disconnect my ear piece and connect to iPhone (both devices) when I enter the vehicle. I do not have to do anything manually to make it work now.

My good old SonyEricsson K610 works fine. Only problem is related to the last received call list. That does not work, but I believe that's a problem for most phones towards Prius.
I have the 2010 Prius with full nav. package

I want to change my phone now and did try HTC Desire in the store yesterday. That does not work unfortunately. Would not pair at all.
Phone see the car, the car does not recognize and add the phone. :(

I am having trouble with my new HTC Incredible. I switched my Moto Droid for it. Best thing I could have ever done except for the fact that it has trouble loading my phonebook. With the Droid and my old iPhone it did not. They worked great. It connects just fine, but just can't make phonebook calls. Hopefully someone or I will eventually figure out what needs to be done to make it work.

My 2010 Prius, Gen IV can connect fine with Bluetooth with the HTC Droid Incredible, although a little tweaking was needed. On the Phone, where it indicates pairing is in progress, press and hold this item down for a few seconds until options are displayed. When selecting options, 2 items are displayed. Selection only the first option which I believe was "audio." Deselect the 2nd item indicated as "Media audio".

Motorola TRACFONE NOT listed, and will not pair. (though someone on Prius Chat gave me directions for entering secret code numbers that are supposed to get it to work, a few months ago.)
I haven't followed up, as talking on the cell phone in the car is NOT a priority for the wife or I, and we both took Oprah's Pledge (years before Oprah HAD a pledge) (not to talk on the phone while driving.)

Would kind of like to have it working, in case we need to talk while parked, but, maybe when I get A Round Toit I will fiddle with it again. Or, maybe I won't...

    Verizon question

Do Verizon phone users find that their phonebooks load completely?

    Re: Verizon question

In some ways, I'm a dinosaur. I wanted a no-frills phone, I don't want a data plan and don't IM. Verizon didn't give me much of a choice in phones w/o data plans, so I went with the LG Cosmos (and promptly disabled IM and the web browser).

I had no problems when I did a fast test to make sure it would sync the phone book. I just did an update to the phonebook and that went through without a hitch. Of course, I don't have an extensive list yet, but so far so good.

I have an iPhone 3G and an HTC Hero. Both connect no problem. Occasionally the HTC will not but it does that with any Bluetooth conenction (headset etc) and is not the Prius. Phonebooks download no problem but had to give up as I have 3000 numbers and that does fit so it stopped at 1000 (Prius max which is pretty lame).

Also we have my wife's Nokia E71 connected not problem.

    Re: Verizon question

I only have about 100 contacts, but they all transferred just fine from a Motorola Droid. I read there's a limit of 1000 contacts in the Prius.

It works great. Bluetooth on the phone side and USB connection for the music/podcasts.
