Can anyone tell me how I can find out what the 2011 colors will be? I was this close to a deal on a 2010 but backed out because I was settling for the color.
Speculation, but I wouldn't expect a 2011 to be released until Q3 of 2010 - the 2010 early release in May 2009 was a fluke to get the new product launched sooner.
Please learn the difference between a question (2011 Colors?) where you're asking for information and a statement (2011 Colors) where you have some information to share.
I heard there was going to be a "Sikes Green" offered. It's called Sikes Green...for go, but actually in reality will be a Traffic Stop Sign shade of Red.
I was going to hold out for a 2011 for a better choice of colors, but I got red and I like it a lot, especially with the black sunroof. It's an attractive shade of red.

I thought they traditionally stayed with the same colors throughout the model years; would there be new colors added before they tweaked the design any?
Yes they add a color or 2 and drop them in the same design. The 2nd generation Prius from '04 to '09 had a few color changes with the same design.
