Did anyone buy the ExactFloor Mats through the chat shop recently? They did not have it in February. Wondering whether they have ironed the differences with the mfr. Where else can one find the ExactFloor Mats? Spring rains are spoiling my carpet mats.
I bought clear Lloyd Protector Mats from Autoanything. They are a custom fit and have openings for the driver-side retention clips. For the driver and front passenger, they cover a slightly larger area than the original mats. The rear mats cover the same area as the originals. (I use the four Lloyd mats on top of the Toyota factory mats, but don't tell anyone.) The Exactmats I purchased from my prior car covered "exactly" the same area as the factory mats (thus the name), so the Lloyds protect the front positions slightly better. thx, lee. nice to know that the front covers a larger area than the factory mats but how were you able to fit the front mat on top of the factory mat - is the retention clip that deep to hold two mats? are these mats clear?
thx, luis. looks like it is in stock now. did you install them on top of the factory carpet mat or did you have to remove the factory carpet mats?
You're welcome. I installed them on top of the factory mat, no problem so far and it doesn't look like it will be. Luis
great, thx. i may end up ordering that again. wish the exact mats fit the complete carpet like the weathertech or other mats but the downside is, the others cannot be used on top of the factory mats.
Shankyyy, The Lloyd mats are clear and allow the Prius logo to be seen if you use them on top of the factory mats. The retention clips are plenty high enough to permit both mats to be easily fastened with a bit of room to spare. I'm very pleased with them.--Lee
