Is Tier 1 and Tier 1 Plus the same?

    I see the .00075 money factor is for Tier 1 PLUS customers. Is this the same as Tier 1 which is a score of 720?

    "Tier 1+" is over 720 and gets the .00075 lease rate.

    "Tier 1" is 700-720, and brings the rate up to .00085 (about an extra 5 bucks a month on a standard lease).
