There are people out there retail the OEM Yaris kit for $50 with shipping. All the factory needs to do is instead of manufacture the Yaris cover, they just need to manufacture Prius cover then we will have the kit for $50.

With free shipping @ $109, not a bad price. Danny, are the lenses DOT/SAE stamped glass?

    I'm in, like Flynn...

Danny, thank you for finalizing this. I've placed my order.
One question though, do you know what bulb type the kit uses? I'm debating swapping the bulbs for yellow-tinted bulbs and would like to know what type of bulb for the switch. Thanks again!

Is there ANY way I could get these shipped to Vancouver, Canada? Or is there some nice American out there that could re-ship them to me? :)

    Hi all -

As many have noted already, the fog light kit is up on the PriusChat Shop.

PriusChat Shop : 2010 Toyota Prius Fog Light Kit - OEM Quality - $109.99

The current price is a promotional price for "early adopters" and will likely jump by about $10 or so after the first couple of weeks. I'll create a new thread with the illustrated step-by-step instructions. The latest version is not in full color, but I actually think it's more legible in black/white anyway. Plus anyone who prints it out is most likely going to use B/W ink.

The kit uses Osram H11 55 watt bulbs. Should be pretty easy to switch them out to something different if that's your thing.

What a shame, already purchased the bling lights and had them installed. The install shop just cut the blanks out, but would have preferred to go with these instead. Such is life!

Please let us know the name of that thread when it is posted. I've already got the lights installed but haven't wired them yet, so I'm very interested in seeing this set of instructions. :)

Shipping should begin today or tomorrow via FedEx Ground from California. I'm going to post the product announcement thread right now.

Ok, so I am EXTREMELY interested in these lights as I despise the grey covers that are there; specially in my blizzard pearl they really look out of place. Here is my question, I have never ever done any car work, I recently changed my first flat tire two weeks ago. How difficult are these to install or how much on average would a shop charge me to install these? I am in SoCal.
