I have a black Prius with Toyota Center Caps and was thinking of getting some touch-up/scratch repair black paint and filling in the background of the center cap and leaving the Toyota emblem chrome. Has anyone done this? Do you think the touch-up paint would hold up and look good on the plastic center caps? Any thoughts? Thanks.
I painted the background of my center caps/brake calipers to match the blue "Hybrid" logo. Looks nice, but don't have pics yet. So far the paints lasted and has not peeled off.
I like the silver the way you have it! If you do it, please post pics. looks a lot better than the ugly hub caps that they put on the PKG II-IV!!:nod:
I may trim some electrical tape to fit the spaces to get an idea of what it looks like. I don't want to buy and ship more covers. If I do, I'll post picks to get some other opinions. Thanks.
