Hi all - Sorry if this was already asked somewhere about Gen III Prius but I did not find anywhere. Can someone post the list of all Voice Commands that can be used? Also, this my experience with my vehicle but, if my LCD Screen is off my Voice command does not activate i.e. when I press the voice button on my steering wheel when the LCD screen is off, nothing happens. Does that mean I have to keep the LCD Screen on to use voice commands? Also, just to get me started, please tell me the voice commands to do this (if possible) : 1. Search for chinese/mexican/etc. restaurants nearby.(Basically search for POI). 2. Enter destination address verbally. Thanks,
On the G2s, the entire list of voice commands is available in the "on screen help". To access it, you press the voice command button on the wheel, and then on the Nav screen you press the "Help" button. Then you can navigate through all the various categories of voice commands. Maybe the G3 works the same way.
Yes--there a setting to turn that off. Can't remember how, but instructions are in the manual. Or you can press the voice command button to interrupt, and continue after the beep.
According to my .pdf nav manual if you push "Setup" then "Voice" you should get a list of voice options. Starts on page 242 of the nav manual.
viprius Here's a list I made up for the commands in excel format see if it works for you. I belive you have to have the LCD screen on, however I've never tried it with out it on. RonJ
