18 x 8.5 RIMS too BIG? advice

    Im planning to get 18x8.5 rims on the prius but not sure if they stick out, havent seen a Prius with this setup. Just wondering if you know anyone with this setup. The reason I can't get lower width, is because the rims I want come in only 8.5 and 9.5.

    the offset will determine how much it sticks out... plug in the values here to find out; I believe the stock size is 15x6.5 +40

    Im running 18x9 +38 in the rear not stick out but what offset you gonna have??

    8.5" is decent width. You may need spacers to keep from rubbing against the stock strut mound above.
