Buzzing noise from under steering wheel at high speed on rough freeways...

    I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well?

    It's a very soft buzzing (I wouldn't exactly call it rattling) noise coming from under the steering wheel when the car is going at >50mph on a relatively rough freeway. I only hear the sound at this condition. Is this normal? Does anyone else hear this too?

    Is the noise continuous, or does it come and go?

    It's continuous as long as it's relatively high speed on rough freeway patches. The sound goes away immediately if the freeway smooths out.
