Is anyone else getting a rush from driving the Prius now?

Knowing at any moment the car could become airborne, or explosive, or dare I say it, radioactive?

People should be in awe of us because we are daredevils, bikers and astronauts rolled into one.

    We are PRIUS owners!!!!!

    I FEEL SO ALIVE!!!!!!!!

    Who's with me!!!!!!

What if somebody gets bit by a radioactive Prius? Do they get the powers of a Prius?

Good point. I rock climb, play hockey goalie, single-hand a largish sailboat, ski, wreck dive. I like adrenaline sports. That must be what attracted me to the Prius.

Because there might not be a problem. If there isn't a problem, then there is nothing to fix.

If there is a problem, it is very rare, and hence very difficult to trouble shoot.

I'm totally with ya man. How many times have we seen motoring journalists reviewing the Prius with comments like "nice sedate car, good if you don't mind bland and just want high MPG, but certainly no excitement machine". Haha they can go eat their stupid words now (yes you Jeremy Clarkson!).

Arh the adrenaline rush, I love it. Tomorrow I think I'll get me some full racing leathers, fire retardant jacket and helmet to wear when I'm out cruising 45 MPH in the slow lane. Yeah I'm just lovin' this whole new danger thang!!!!! :D

Yes, I do a daily commute and keep waiting for my car to experience the sudden acceleration so I can fly down that open highway and then be able to tell the cop
that it is just my Prius doing its thing !!

I happily tool around in mine, thinking about those two little
wires from my foot to the ECU and how I'm only a couple of tiny
volts away from DOOOOOM!! David Gilbert is my co-pilot! Yeh!

I considered a Hummer to make me look tough, but ended up with a Prius .

In a Prius, I look a lot tougher than I would in any other car - it shows everybody that I am a macho-type who lives on the edge and who can handle runaway cars with crappy brakes, and to make me look even tougher, I installed the rubber "mats of death" inside!

I call my car "the widowmaker" and I enjoy every moment pulsing-and-gliding on a razor-blade, with the death as my co-pilot!

Just watch that you don't put it in neutral after it takes the bit in its teeth - if you do it will flip right over and kill us all!

    Tee hee, me too.

I even have rubber mats in mine. I must have a death wish. And now that spring is on it's way, I'm getting decent mpg again.

The thrill is starting to fade for me. I think I'll put out one of the HID headlamps, or perhaps lower the pressure in one of my tires.

I seem to be getting more attention from women who like bad boys. Becoming quite a chick magnet. :whip:
