I previously had two cell phones connected successfully in my new Prius (2010) and since changes to new phones. I removed the old phones and tried to connect the new ones. I can't get either one connected and the system never gives me the "bluetooth connection failed" indication. It just stays in the connectiong mode but never does. What to do?
Make sure you turn on "visibility" in your new phones. Most phones default this to "off". The Prius needs to see the phone. Hope this helps.
