Just got an email from a dealer in Allentown, Pa. saying Toyota has just announced 0% Financing on new Prius. I guess it would be for all dealers in the Mid-Atlantic zone?

0% is most likely based on if you qualify for Toyota's Tier 1 credit (which I think is 730 or higher score needed).
I doubt it. The move is for new customer don't want to come in to the store and since you got one, I don't see any reason that they will do it for you.
