Wht do some of the gas station pumps keep shutting off not letting me fill my Prius tank? What can I do about it?
When you insert the nozzle try holding it in the up position rather than in the normal down position, where gravity would want to move it. I have found that I can put more gas in in that position without constantly having to top off. Also use a slow fill setting rather than trying to fill your tank fast. I hope this helps.
