The Touring wheel cover isn't cheap. It retails for around $75 and Parts.com sells it for around $52 plus shipping: 2009 Toyota Prius Wheel cover - Parts.com I know some Touring owners have taken their wheel covers off. Maybe you can start a "WTB Touring Wheel Covers" thread in the Private Sales forum.
I have a set of 4 from my 2009 Touring. I have them stored at work and they should be in pretty good shape as I removed them as soon as I bought the car w/about 125 demo miles on it.
