Blue Tooth connection problems?

With my wife's 2010 Prius III her phone was initially working fine via BT and so was mine. Then all of a sudden hers stopped working but mine did not (we have the exact same model phones). I will try removing her battery and let you know if that fixes it. Deleting and re-adding did not work, however. Thanks for the tip.

 

Yes my 2008 had a problem with reverifying bluetooth signal after we ented the phone the first time. then we would turn car off come back and bluetooth failure would be on the screen but my phone bluetooth light was sending the signal because the light was blinking on the phone???? we have at&t v3 razr

 

EUREKA! Removing her phone's battery for a couple minutes has cleared up this problem (for now). I will monitor the situation and update as appropriate.

 

hi all, i bought a gen 3 tech package and it didn't work with my LG rumour phone. it would pair then it would disconnect when trying to make a call. My husband LG rumour phone worked with the prius no problem so i had to change my phone.

I'm now looking into getting a smartphone either the Apple 4 or the HTC desire, any have any good or bad experiencing they can share? i would like to know more before going out and getting a new phone.
