Wife and I made a decision to purchase an '04 with 75k on it. Only on tank #2 and still learning the vehicle but we are pleased with former owner's upkeep and we're hoping that by giving it the same kind of attention it will treat us as well as my '96 corolla (300,000mi) has. I'll probably only lurk here as just about everything that can be asked has been asked. However, thank you all in advance for your knowledge and sharing it so freely.
I will share this little piece of wisdom: Accelerating like a granny (5 minutes to get to the speed limit) is not always the most efficient. More often it's better to briskly get up to speed and then cruise.
