Ok after goofing around I figured out how to get the phone book from my Motorola Droid to my 2005 Prius w/NAV. Since I have not tested this on any other Prius I have no idea if it will work on other years but I know 100% for a fact it works on the 2005 Prius.

    1. Go to the app store and download a free app named "Bluetooth File Transfer" and install it

    2. Ensure your Droid is paired to your Prius (you should already know how to do this)

    3. Enter the program "Bluetooth File Transfer" and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list to a file named "Cellebrite.vcf" and place a check-mark in the box

    4. Press the "Menu" button on your Droid and select "MORE"

    5. Select "Send Contacts"

    6. Before doing anything else you have to decide what you want to send, if you select the "MENU" button again you will see your options are now "Select All", "Select None", "Invert Selection" and "All Contacts". I personally didn't want to send my BAL, #MIN, #PMT so I chose to "Select All" and simply deselected the checks next to those numbers. But I am pretty sure you get what is going on here.

    7. Next get to the screen in your Prius where it says "Start Transfer" and select "SEND" on the Droid and "Start Transfer" at the same time. You will see a nice little progress screen start on the Droid and then the Prius and when it is done your Prius will reset back to the screen where you select "Start Transfer", just select phone book and TA DA! there is your phone book!

On step number 7 I had to try it several times because I wasn't hitting the Send button on the Droid fast enough and I think the Prius was timing out waiting for the connection so if you hit them both at the same time that should solve any issues.

This works on my 2009 Prius as well. One change though - The *.vcf file did not exist by default on my droid. I had to go into the Droid's contact menu and choose export. This created a vcf file, in my case 00001.vcf. That is the file I had to upload with the Bluetooth File Transfer". The second thing is that when I selected the file for upload, I got a message "unknown file type." I just ignored it and chose upload. It loaded all the contacts just fine.

Thank you - I hate to not be able to use great apps/features. Do you know if this process overrides Verizon's demon antishare policy? AKA: do you use Verizon and did this work?
