Interesting design. They used pretty innovative ways of solving technical problems. SWRI is a top notch facility. Company management seems pretty experienced. Maybe they are onto something.
Seems like a great concept - the advantages of regen braking without the weight of a battery and secondary motor. They might even be able to make it a plug-in by using an external compressor to fill the tank.
