Just picked up my 2010 III today and the dealer synced my iPhone and bluetooth and works great except she could not get address contacts synced? Is it possible? Thx, Bob
It's possible. My 3GS iPhone has definitely synced contacts and I'm pretty sure my wifes 3G iPhone also did so. We are running the latest Apple firmware (3.1.2). Rumple
Rumple definitely has nav (part of AT package). I thought this had been answered, but a search on the subject was harder than I expected. Here's one thread (there are several others): http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-iii...79-differences-between-2010-prius-ii-iii.html It appears you can do up to 20 contacts, one at a time, possibly wih voice tags. Maybe someone else with direct experience will jump in.
My Bluetooth automatically downloaded my phone contacts from my iPhone when it was sync-ed, ditto for my wife's Palm Pri.
I had no problem syncing contacts from my iPhone 3G to my new Prius III w/ Nav via Bluetooth. However, the Nav insisted on downloading ALL my contacts (not one group), and no matter how I set the sort order in iPhone Settings, the contacts in Nav came out alphabetical by first name. Any idea how I can: 1) limit transfer to one group and 2) sort them by last name? Thanks.
While we're on the subject, my wife and I have iPhones sync'd to our computer address book. Hence we both have identical contact lists 700 strong. The Prius only holds 1000 contacts total, and apparently can't share, so it wants to load 700 from each phone! The 2nd phone gets an incomplete load and apparently can't use the other phone's address book. Very inconvenient! Any ideas appreciated.
