    Now that's it's April, it's time to start posting those fill-ups! If you have any suggestions as to how better post this information, please let me know in this thread and we'll adjust as needed.

    I'll start. I filled up yesterday.

    Tank miles: 380
    Price: $2.20 a gallon
    Overall Miles: 1317
    Avg Tank Mileage: 49.2
    Display Avg: 52.7
    Avg Overall Mileage: 49 tank, 51 plus display
    Avg Temperature: high 40's in morning to low 90's in afternoon

    Bad first tank for April for me - I blame it on my partner who now drives the car approximately half the time and doesn't drive as efficently as I do. ;)

    Two tanks so far this month

    Calculator shows 48.9 mpg
    Computer shows 51.9 mpg

    Miles travelled: 952.9
    Temps have been in the mid to upper 70's.

    The computer is showing 57.6 mpg with 130 miles on the odometer right now. :D

    Ok, first major road trip from dealer in WY to home in IL.
    1300 miles on 27.2 gallons is 48MPG. Not bad "right out of the box" so to speak.

    Interestingly, tank mileage and average temp have been just about the same. Can't wait for +90 F weather.
    Drove 70+ miles past last bar blinking (I'm extending this more and more each fillup) - still only took 8.7 gal. I'm going for my first 500 mile tank next. :)

    This was my first fill up. Still had 2 bars. Took 8.85 before clicking off the first time, was able to squeeze in 9.023 total. Filled on slow setting.

    New High mileage for my classic 20/80 city/highway split

    A rewarding tank in that I met/beat the EPA numbers for the first time despite the past 4 days being dang cold (including a brief appearance by the snow flake at one point). The stage was set by some early warm temps and an MPG up to 56.8 at one point that I was able to keep at or above 56.4 for the last 200 miles despite cooler temps.

    I've really gained confidence in my technique such that I think I can achieve 54-55mpg on almost any tank except in the very coldest (sub-40 degree sustained) with my mixed driving conditions. Made it nearly half the month without a fill up too. I only went 43 miles beyond when the blinking of the dash started and only managed 9.1 gallons in the tank...assuming at least 1 more gallon of useful fuel I should have easily been able to get to 550 or even 600 miles on this tank by pushing it.

    Warm dry weather predicted through early next week!!!
