Crowded House is an Aussie band, you guys gave birth to Split Enz as they split from NZ.

It looks like the bloody Kiwi's get this one Bev, but it was the Aussies who first used chook eggs instead of the sheep eggs the Kiwi's used in their recipe.

This is a recipe I got from a friend, not sure where he got it, but I do not claim it as my own, but it sure goes over well at a picnic or bbq.

3 pounds of red potatoes with half the skin left on
1 head of roasted garlic, crushed
    3 ounces of cream cheese
    1 cup of sour cream
    1/2 cup of whole milk
4 tablespoons of butter cut up
    1 tablespoon of pepper
    1 tablespoon of salt

Boil the taters in salt and water until soft. drain and mash the taters in a big bowl, add the other ingredients one at a time and continue mashing/mixing. You can have them a little chunky or you can put them in a mixer and have no lumps. Awesome side dish.

Sounds like mashed potato! With lots of extra ingredients to harden the arteries.

We make the same thing ... only we throw a bunch of Costco shrimp into the mix . . . you know . . . for perfection.
