Finally bit the bullet and ordered one....white with gray, with driftwood as my second choice. I guess white has the lowest production numbers and even more scarce with gray. Got it for MSRP, refundable $500 deposit on credit card. So far a nice experience. Almost ran out while in the waiting room since I haven't bought a car in 16 years. My '89 Mustang GT whined (whinnied?) all the way home. Hope the tranny doesn't give out before I sell it!
Re: White #4, ordered 5/31/05--update Just got a call from the salesman. It's on the boat and should be in New York next week. I'll be driving away in it at the end of the month.
I test drove my car today. It's great. I'm picking it up on Monday, July 25. I had thought I was going to finance part of the cost thru the credit union that offers a 5 year loan at 4.74% The guy at the dealership said I could get it at 4.65% Since a friend worked there many years ago and said not to trust car dealers, I was wondering if that sounded like a good deal......or could there be something sneaky they're not telling me!?
