The seat covers have been tested by a third party testing facility. They passed the testing and do not interfere with the seat-mounted air bag system. You can find some of the tasting videos on YouTube (I can't post links yet).

Go to YouTube and search for "Clazzio Seat Cover Air Bag Testing" for the videos.

Clazzio has been around for quite some time in Japan (approx. 68,000 sets annually) and finally arrived in the US back in 2007. I will upload the airbag testing documentation after I have it scanned.

Sweet im the process of building a prius up for show. My Gen 2 XB has Troys "Five Axis" Kit on it. IT is by far the best kit made in the USA. Not made of Fiberglass and fits like a glove and very durable. Im very glad to see Five axis jump on the Prius! This kit is worth every penny!

Here are some pics of my XB

I was attempting to post our official release on our Five Axis Edition Prius with our new Aero Kit and FIVE:AD S6:F wheels but because I'm new to the forum, they won't let me til 5 posts...so 4 more and I'll be back....

Thanks for the props Marshall! We'll definitely take care of you, once you are set!

Just to back Jeff's comment on the Clazzios as well. Five Axis has them make seat covers for us and I too have a set in my cars and they fit well, wear well, and are a great value for the price! As Jeff mentioned, they are certified and tested so air bag interference should not be a concern.

    Hi Mark,

I just weighed the other wheels I have on-hand. The weights are approximate, as I do not know when our scale was last calibrated. It was purchased about 2 years ago, so it should be close to reality.

    The 16 x 6.0 707 Eco weigh in at 6.4 kg

    The 17 x 7.0 RE30 weigh in at 6.6 kg

The 17 x 7.5 Five Axis Design S6:F weigh in at 10.2 kg

    ---
    For reference

    Factory Prius Gen III Wheels:

    15 x 6.0 +45 Offset 7.4 kg

    17 x 7.0 +50 Offset 11.0 kg

    ---

Please excuse the awesomeness of my T-Mobile G1's camera... I left my dSLR @ Home :D

It looks great. The kit complements the OEM look.

So the car is mounted with different wheels both sides for a demo?

Jeff - great photos! We're looking forward to carrying all of the products mentioned in the PriusChat Shop.

I personally can't wait to get a Aerius kit for my own 2010 Prius.

Super, I did't think there was anything that could make the Prius nicer looking until now!

The Five Axis kits have always added a subtle touch that enhances the factory styling.

The wheels on this one are for display purposes only. These are the 2 recommended wheels for some additional customization (shown are the 18 x 7.5- I didn't check the offset, but it is likely to be the 35). 17" versions are also available

Driver Side: 5:AD S6:F by Five Axis Design
Pass. Side: 5:AD R6:F by Five Axis Design

The badging (not shown) is in the air at this time. The Scion Five Axis kits had plastic 'bubble' type stickers placed on the side skirts. Troy is aiming for a single badge for the rear. I'll post an update once he confirms on which will be included.

Danny- I've been trying to put together the pricing list, but everyone is burning through their vacation days before the year ends. I'll try and get it to you next week :)

It may just be the reflection since we were shooting outdoors. I'll post a few close up shots of the points where the spoilers meet the body for reference. I'm about to leave for the day, so I'll get those up tomorrow (Saturday) :)
