I have an Ericsson T610 and transferred my phone book to my Prius, but it looks like the Prius only keeps the first phone number of each entry in its phone book. This seems to be the person's home number. Is there a way to get the other numbers in (work and cell)? I notice that my phone can set a default number for each entry. After setting this and repeating the transfer, will it send this number instead of the first number (home number)?

I have a Siemens S56 and I had the same problem. It only takes the last number of my phone entries, which in many cases was the FAX number! Very annoying. The workaround I found on this was to sync my PC Outlook Contacts folder with the Phone address book in a way to preventing the FAX numbers to be transferred to the phone, and then sync the phone with the car.

I think the idea behind one phone number per address entry is to speed up search of the number, but since calling when the car is in motion is disabled, it should be not problem to allow multiple numbers per entry.
I hope Toyota will upgrade the firmware of the Bluetooth protocol and also rethink the philosophy of the Prius address book soon.

I wasn't aware that there could be more than one number per contact name. For example, John Smith's home, work, and cell numbers could not be entered under "John Smith" and then transferred to the car; separate names are needed for each phone number. Something on the order of the following:

Smith J C (for cell number)
Smith J H (for home number)
Smith J W (for work number)
