Quick question for you, how can I charge the Prius battery pack? Can I use the a regular car battery charger to charge them? Charging them as a whole pack with the positive and negative on one side? Please help! Thanks
No. You have to have a charger that can charge NIMH batteries. You can either take the battery apart and charge the modules individually, or you can set up the modules in parallel and charge them as a unit, but it's very important that they be allowed to discharge until they are evenly charged. If one module reaches full charge it can pull current from the adjacent modules and explode.
