    I am a high school Art teacher and I love waving to other Prius drivers on the road.
    I do my own oil changes and tire rotations. I installed an engine block heater myself, back in 2007 when I was still living in a cold climate. Then this Spring of 2013, the hybrid battery died unexpectedly early (because of Phoenix's extreme heat, I believe) and after tons of research, I had a refurbished battery installed by a hybrid expert here. It has an 18 month warranty, so we'll see how long it really lasts!
