      My 2010 has same issue. I bought booster assy and pump assy so I can change both (DTC C1391). Did you buy techstream from Toyota? Im up in Seattle so maybe we can exchange numbers and chat about how to do this damn job!

        No I bought from eBay, I had to buy another techstream because I had a old version, I just bought the booster but I’m not replacing yet I’m waiting for the battery for my laptop, but I’ll keep update
