I got my old screen name working again. Let me know if you have any need for some 2004 modules. 26 of them seem to be in good condition, but could probably use some exercising. If you ever decide to go the NewPriusBattery route, it wasn't as hard as I thought it might be.
How did you make out with your module replacement? I decided to try replacing all of them with new cells instead of trying to renovate the weak modules. I had two that were weak, but the other 26 seem to be balanced as far as voltages goes. I haven't tried determining their capacities.
