Longo ended up replacing a “Transistor Kit”. Appears to be part of the inverter. Totally covered under warranty. Seems to be ok now. Thanks for the offer to ‘scan’ it. So you’ve had good luck with Puente Hills Toyota for parts? Still looking for a new key fob. See a handfull on line...Offer Up, CL, etc. OTD and programmed for under $200. Kinda fishy though.....
I keep missing these messages because most of the time I'm on my phone with Tapatalk and it doesn't show me this section. My apologies again for the delay! I use parts.toyota.com and since we have a few dealers to choose from I found Puente Hills gives discount from MSRP. If I need parts fast I go directly to Toyota of Pasadena. Small parts like screws or plastic push pin retainers they order quick.
I had to cut my last message short but I heard Amazon Techstream clones can work to program keys. I wouldn't be able to with my Mongoose Pro because I am not a locksmith. I can't purchase the correct subscription...
Hey “jzchen” thanks for the reply......noticed you are in Arcadia, CA? I’m down the street in Monrovia. About to take my v to Longo. Had a local place pull the codes and none indicated the hybrid battery problem. Don’t really want to decipher all the codes so I decided to surrender to the stealership!
Sorry most of the time I'm on my phone I do not see comments like this. I have a Foxwell NT510 Elite with Toyota software if it's not too late we can try to scan it!
