      I retired 14 years ago. I lived below my means as well. I drive a Prius when I would like to have and I can very well afford a new Avalon. I would prefer to live comfortable in retirement rather than live a life of excess. People all around me have went in to foreclosure but I'm still here. I buy what I need not what I want.

      Yeah, my last two precious pits spoiled me for all other breeds. (I think their pic is in my profile, it's from when they were about 6 months old.) All I want is pits now. Especially now that I've been taking care of my neighbor's shelter rescue. I say especially about him because he's already an adult dog and has an unknown background and he is the sweetest thing. Can't wait to get a couple pups... hoping to find some 8-10 week old blue babies to adopt.
